Lifestyle as Medicine

If the desire for a sustained and enhanced physical & emotional body & mind - along with more beautiful physical appearance - are stronger than the long history of addictive proinflammatory behaviors, then a true transformation for the person is predictable.

However, the person must be willing to trust the process and commit to certain lifestyle changes that will become second nature.

This is a collaborative process between doctor & patient that is arrived via an enhanced understanding of the mechanism of disfunction and the appropriate behavior needed to reverse disfunction.

There is no question that 6 to 10 days of good sleep, movement and clean digestion will lead to personal insights less available to the chronically inflamed person. Personal insights induced by a newly less inflamed mind can be life changing. Perhaps transforming the new biologically friendly behaviors will become permanent, as a return to past behaviors predictably reignites familiar suffering.

6-10 days of DNA friendly living can lead to a convincing firsthand experience required for permanent change. That is my intention folks. If you have a genuine desire to heal and extend your health span, I may be of assistance.

It’s said that “age is just a number”. And, guess what? There’s a high degree of truth to this!

While we’re all aware of how many years we’ve been on Earth, far fewer of us are in tune with our biological age. This age is determined by a number of factors specific to lifestyle, and it’s discrete from your calendar age.

However, unlike the relatively easily measured passage of time, one’s biological age isn’t so straightforward.

Luckily, Dr. Kara Fitzgerald has developed a tool that will help you estimate your biological age though an easy survey found below.

The passage of time and the increase in your calendar age are unavoidable. BUT, there are always pathways to improving how you feel, optimizing your body’s operations, and driving down your biological age - no matter what the calendar says.
